Label
Industrias Electricas Y Musicales Peruanas S.A.
Peruvian record company and vinyl factory, EMI group subsidiary from the 40s to 1990. It's acronym and logo doubles as the label IEMPSA, and it also operated Odeon Del Peru and a number of Peruvian labels. The last EMI company to own it before it's closure was Thorn EMI Credit only as company credits, not as label. Might sometimes also appear as "Industriales Electricas Y Musicales Peruanas S. A." The pressing plant ID’s of the company are sometimes printed on the labels, as ‘xxxx GFA’ and ‘xxxx GFB’, in example for this 7” release with the ID# ‘1770’.
